healthy foods that can make us FAT??

assalamualaikum....

aku tahu sekarang jam dah pukul 3.05am tapi jangan salahkan aku sebab aku tak boleh nak tido... (*_*)
oleh itu, aku pon membelek belek lah segala benda yang ade dalam internet nih...setelah degeledah dan di gonjeng gonjeng akhirnye aku terjumpe satu info yang amat berguna yang menentukan mase depan aku.. (poyo)

believe it or not? common lahh....just believe it okeh... sometimes we might think that healthy food is good for   our diets but it might not ... huhu
